
Qualifications
I’m a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instruction, Level 3 Exercise Referral, and Level 4 Nutrition and Weight Management. I’ve also completed several CPD courses, including Advanced Training Systems, Hydration and Exercise, and Self Myofascial Release, all aimed at giving clients a smarter, more evidence-based coaching experience. My background blends exercise science, practical coaching, and ongoing education, so every plan I build is rooted in solid principles rather than fitness trends.

Hey, I’m Raja! A personal trainer who’s passionate about helping people feel good in their own skin and confident in the gym again. Training with me is about building something that fits your life, not takes over it.
I got into fitness because I know how overwhelming it can feel at the start, trying to figure out what to do, what actually works, and how to stay consistent.
My job’s to take that stress off your plate. I’ll teach you proper technique, how to train smart, and how to make progress that actually lasts (hopefully with laughs along the way).
